Glue Gun Not Dispensing
1) Is the air source pressure too low? Adjust the pressure valve appropriately to increase the working pressure.
2) The glue gun is not cleaned properly, and the glue has hardened and blocked the channel. In this case, the channel must be cleaned and unblocked.
3) The glue viscosity is unsuitable. If the viscosity is too high, the resistance will increase, resulting in discontinuous glue dispensing or no glue at all. Therefore, choose a glue that meets the requirements.
Glue Gun Leaking
Pneumatic Glue Gun
1) Air Inlet Leak: The air pump and glue gun air inlet connection is not sealed properly. Try replacing the connector or connecting the air hose to the glue gun air inlet and securing it with wire.
2) Gun Body Leak: Remove the screws, reinstall them, and tighten them. Alternatively, seal with silicone sealant. For severe leaks, contact the supplier to replace the gun body.
3) Gun Tube Front Leak: The glue tube is too long, causing the front cover to not tighten. Or the front cover itself is not tightened properly.
4) Gun Rear Leak: The sealing ring or the rear silencer is damaged. Please contact the supplier for replacement.
Electric Glue Gun
1) Air leakage from the gun body: Remove the screws, reinstall them, and tighten them again. Alternatively, seal with silicone sealant. For severe leakage, please contact the supplier to replace the gun body.
2) Air leakage from the front of the barrel: The glue is too long, preventing the front cover from tightening. Or the front cover itself is not properly tightened.
3) Air leakage from the rear of the gun: The sealing ring or the rear silencer is damaged. Please contact the supplier for replacement.
4) Insufficient battery power. Please replace the battery.
