It is safe to use on sensitive surfaces such as anodized aluminum, stainless steel, wooden frames, and decorative glass, preventing discoloration or damage. Low odor and non-irritating, making it suitable for indoor use in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.

Forms a strong, flexible, and 100% waterproof seal that adheres tightly to glass, ceramic, tile, metal, plastic (PVC, acrylic), stone, and concrete. The bond remains intact even in high-humidity environments or direct water exposure, effectively preventing leaks, moisture penetration, and mold growth. Made with water as the main solvent, our adhesive is low in VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and complies with international environmental standards. It is non-toxic, safe for the environment, and easy to clean up with water before curing-reducing hassle and minimizing environmental impact.

Engineered to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -50°C (-58°F) to 180°C (356°F), as well as UV radiation, ozone, and harsh weather conditions. The sealant maintains its flexibility and bonding strength in both hot summers and cold winters, ensuring long-term performance for outdoor applications like glass curtain walls, patio doors, and skylights.

Features a smooth, consistent texture that allows for easy extrusion and tooling. It can be applied on vertical, horizontal, and overhead surfaces without sagging or dripping. Cures quickly (surface cure in 15-30 minutes, full cure in 24-48 hours) to a clean, professional finish that can be painted over if needed.
