Engineered for Job-Site Performance & Structural Integrity

Controlled Flow & Depth Penetration

Liquid consistency allows autonomous filling of narrow or irregular cracks (3 mm to 25 mm wide) without manual tooling, reducing labor time.

Joint Movement Accommodation

Cured sealants absorb thermal contraction, expansion, and structural vibration, preventing adhesive or cohesive failure over time.

Water & Chemical Isolation

Seals open joint pathways against water ingress, deicing salts, oil spills, and freeze-thaw degradation.

High Surface Uniformity

Natural self-leveling action provides a clean, flush repair finish suitable for foot and vehicle traffic.

Substrates & Application Guide

Substrate

Compatibility

Surface Preparation Requirement

Cured Concrete / Screed

High

Clean, dry or damp-tolerant (grade-specific), free of dust and laitance.

Brick & Masonry

High

Remove loose mortar; primer recommended for high-porosity surfaces.

Metals (Steel / Aluminum)

Good

Solvent wipe; evaluate specific primer requirements for coated metals.

Asphalt

Moderate (Grade-specific)

Requires specific asphalt-compatible MS polymer formulation.

Standard Installation Steps

Joint Preparation:

Clean the crack/joint using wire brushing, oil-free compressed air, or concrete grinding to remove dust, oil, and old sealant.

01

Joint Geometry Control

For deep joints (depth exceeding $12\text{ mm}$), insert a closed-cell polyethylene backer rod to establish a proper 2:1 width-to-depth ratio and prevent three-sided adhesion.

02

Dispensing

Apply the product continuously into the joint using a manual, pneumatic, or electric caulking gun, or bulk dispensing equipment.

03

Self-Leveling Phase

Allow the material 5 to 15 minutes to level autonomously and purge entrapped air bubbles before initial skin formation.

04

Curing Period

Protect the applied area from rain, heavy dust, and traffic until the surface reaches functional cure according to the technical data sheet.

FAQ

Q: What is the difference between Grade P (Pourable) and Grade NS (Non-sag) sealants?

A: Grade P (Pourable/Self-leveling) sealants are fluid materials formulated specifically for horizontal joints, leveling out under gravity. Grade NS (Non-sag) sealants are thick pastes designed for vertical walls and overhead cracks where flow must be prevented.

Q: Do you provide ASTM C920 test reports and COA with each shipment?

A: Yes. We supply a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) with every shipment. ASTM C920 third-party laboratory test reports and technical data sheets (TDS) are available upon request for project submittals.

Q: What is the typical shelf life and storage requirement?

A: Standard 1K polyurethane and hybrid sealants have a shelf life of 12 months when stored in original, unopened packaging below 25°C in a cool, dry environment.

Q: What are the Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) for OEM / Private Labeling?

A: Standard OEM orders begin at 3,000 cartridges (300 ml) or 1,500 foil sausages (600 ml) per color/formulation. Bulk drum supply MOQs are evaluated per shipment.

Q: Can this sealant be applied to damp concrete substrates?

A: Certain hybrid MS polymer grades exhibit strong adhesion to damp concrete without priming. Polyurethane formulations generally require completely dry surfaces or specific primers to prevent foaming during cure.
