2.Drying: Ensure the crack and surrounding area are completely dry (moisture content ≤ 5%)-moisture can compromise waterproofing performance and curing.
3.Nozzle Setup: Cut the cartridge nozzle at a 45° angle matching the crack width. Attach the nozzle to the cartridge and load into a standard caulking gun.
4.Application: Inject the filler into the crack starting from the bottom, working upward to eliminate air bubbles and ensure full filling. Press firmly to push filler deep into the crack for a secure bond.
5.Tooling: Smooth the filler surface with a damp cloth or tool within 15 minutes of application to blend with the surrounding substrate. Remove excess filler immediately before curing for a neat finish.
6.Curing: Allow the filler to cure undisturbed for 24-48 hours. Avoid water exposure, heavy loads, or structural movement during curing. Full waterproofing strength is achieved after 7 days.

Important Notes: Do not apply in temperatures below 5°C or above 40°C, or in direct sunlight/heavy rain. For structural cracks (width >10mm) or load-bearing structures, consult a professional engineer. Keep away from children and pets. Ensure adequate ventilation during application. In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with water; for eye contact, seek medical attention. Not suitable for cracks exposed to strong acids/alkalis.
