1.Pre-Treatment: Remove loose rust, dust, and heavy oil stains from the metal surface with a wire brush or cloth. For light oil contamination, no additional degreasing is needed as the formula tackles mild oil stains.
2.Application:

￮Immersion: Submerge the workpiece in the undiluted or appropriately diluted solution (1:2 to 1:5 with water, depending on rust severity) at 15-35℃ for 10-30 minutes; extend soaking time for heavy rust or oxide layers.
￮Brushing/Spraying: Apply evenly on the rusted surface with a brush or sprayer; for severe corrosion, apply 2 coats (wait for the first coat to dry before applying the second) and brush repeatedly on heavily rusted areas.
3.Drying & Post-Treatment: After rust removal, rinse the workpiece with clean water (or leave it to air-dry for products requiring no rinsing) and dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area. Do not touch the surface during drying or expose it to water. For long-term rust protection, use with water-based corrosion inhibitors or apply a protective coating.
