1.Surface Preparation: Ensure both bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, grease, and debris. For porous surfaces (wood, concrete), lightly sand and clean again to improve adhesion. Wipe surfaces with a clean cloth to remove any remaining contaminants.
2.Nozzle Setup: Cut the tube nozzle at a 45° angle according to the required bead size. Attach the nozzle to the tube and gently squeeze to prime the adhesive (if needed).
3.Application: Apply a thin, uniform bead of the toothpaste-like adhesive to one of the surfaces. For larger objects, apply multiple small beads spaced evenly (10-15cm apart) to ensure full coverage.
4.Bonding: Press the two surfaces together firmly within 10 seconds of applying the adhesive. Hold them in place for 20-30 seconds to ensure initial bonding. Use clamps, weights, or tape to secure the bond during the surface drying period (30-45 minutes).
5.Cleanup: Wipe off any excess adhesive immediately with a damp cloth. Once cured, excess adhesive can be removed with a plastic scraper.
6.Curing: Allow the adhesive to cure undisturbed for 24 hours. Do not apply load or stress to the bonded area during curing. Full load-bearing capacity is achieved after full curing.

Important Notes: Not suitable for structural bonding, heavy-load applications (e.g., load-bearing walls, large furniture), or surfaces exposed to continuous water submersion. Do not use in temperatures below 5°C or above 40°C. Keep away from children and pets. Ensure adequate ventilation during application. In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water; for eye contact, seek medical attention.
